Ingredients (220ml/ 1cup)
- 1 Black tea bag
- 50ml Hot water
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1-2 slices of Freeze-dried lemon
-1 cup Ice
- Fresh sparkling water
Method
1. Place 1 black tea bag into a cup and add 50ml boiling water until cool.
2. Remove the tea bag.
3. Add 1 tablespoons honey
(you can also add 2-3 teaspoons honey if you like more sweet).
4. Add ice and the freeze-dried lemon slices.
5. Top up with fresh sparkling water.
6. Enjoy your Sparkling Lemon Tea!
