Enjoy FREE delivery for orders over HKD$500  !

We offer free delivery for orders over HKD$500. For any order below HKD$500 ,we charge a delivery fee of HKD$100. 

Courier will charge extra cost of getting up stairs.

Estimated delivery time :2-5 working Days*.

*From Monday to Friday.  Sat. Sunday and Public Holidays are excluded.


For outlying islands or remote areas, we have other arrangements.

Sodacoo takes no responsibility for lost shipments although we will do our best to track them down. Sodacoo cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity and cannot be used as reason for cancelling the order.

"Pick up at Showroom" please pick up at Kwun Tong Showroom after receiving notification email. If items have not been pick up 3 months since email sent, order will be cancelled and will not refund.

If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please contact us straight away and our Customer Service Representatives will try to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.


We only replace items if they are defective (not include defects caused by careless use by the buyer). We can issue a one-time product exchange if the item is returned to us within 7 days after purchasing. We would arrange for replacement of same product that customer ordered, with same quantity. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Postage will not be refunded, if any. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To exchange any items, please email us at
